These Terms of Use explain the rules for using HABIT, a habit tracker published by SELFMADE. By downloading or using HABIT, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Questions can be sent to self.made.apps.factory@gmail.com.

APP LICENSE AND PURPOSE

Your license to use the iOS app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a different license is shown for HABIT in the App Store. These terms describe product-specific use of HABIT and do not take away rights you have under that license or applicable law.

HABIT helps you record habits and review progress. It is a personal organization tool; it does not provide medical or mental health advice or guarantee any particular result. You decide which habits to track and how to act on the information shown in the app.

YOUR DATA AND ACCOUNT

Habits and progress you enter are stored on your device, as described in the HABIT Privacy Policy. You are responsible for managing your device and any backups you choose to make. Deleting the app or its local data may remove your recorded habits and progress.

If you use Sign in with Apple, keep your Apple account secure and use the account in accordance with Apple's terms. Signing in does not sync your habits and progress to our servers.

PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS

HABIT offers paid subscriptions through Apple's App Store. The features, billing period, price, and any trial or introductory offer are displayed before you confirm your purchase. If your subscription renews automatically, it will continue until you cancel it through your Apple account. You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; access during a current paid period is handled under the terms shown by Apple when you subscribed.

Apple handles payment and refund requests for App Store subscriptions. For a refund, use Apple's purchase support. Contact us if you need help with HABIT features or access.

AVAILABILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

We may update HABIT, add or remove features, or fix errors. Device, iOS, and third-party service changes may affect availability. We aim to keep the app working, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Please use HABIT lawfully and do not interfere with the app or other users.

YOUR RIGHTS AND CHANGES

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. We may revise these terms when HABIT or the rules that apply to it change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. We will give any notice required by law before a material change takes effect.
