This policy explains how SELFMADE. handles information when you use HABIT, our habit tracker. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at self.made.apps.factory@gmail.com.

YOUR HABIT DATA

Habits and progress you record in HABIT are stored on your device. They are not synced to your account or stored on our servers. You control this information through the app and your device. Removing the app or clearing its data may remove your locally stored habits and progress.

SIGN IN WITH APPLE AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

HABIT offers Sign in with Apple. When you use it, Apple gives the app an account identifier and may share your name and email address, including an Apple private relay address if you choose that option. We use this information to support your account. Your habits and progress remain on your device.

HABIT offers paid subscriptions through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the purchase and payment. HABIT receives subscription information needed to provide access to paid features. We do not receive your payment-card details from Apple. Apple's handling of your Apple account and purchases is covered by its Privacy Policy.

ANALYTICS

HABIT uses PostHog for usage analytics and crash reports. This helps us understand how the app is used, fix crashes, and improve it. PostHog may process app interaction events, crash diagnostics, and technical information such as app or device details, timestamps, and an analytics identifier. Habit names and progress are not included in PostHog events or crash reports.

HOW INFORMATION IS USED AND SHARED

We use account and subscription information to provide the features you request. We use analytics and crash information to understand usage, troubleshoot problems, and improve HABIT. Apple handles sign-in and purchases, and PostHog processes analytics and crash information on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law.

RETENTION AND YOUR CHOICES

Your habit data stays on your device until you remove it through the app or your device. Analytics and crash data is retained according to our PostHog configuration and is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purposes described above. You can manage subscriptions and Sign in with Apple in your Apple account settings. You can contact us to ask what account, analytics, or crash information we hold about you, request its deletion, or exercise any privacy rights available where you live. We may need information that lets us locate the relevant record.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy when HABIT or its data practices change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update. Material changes will be reflected here.
